Sarah Palin spoke today, July 3rd with her official announcement, she will be stepping-down as the governor of Alaska. First reports indicated that Sarah would not seek re-election, but after much consideration and soul searching, she has decided to close the doors on what became a circus frenzy by media opposition....which, still (today) is still a spineless media, eating out-of-the-hand of the Barack Obama whitehouse....even though, nearly every campaign promise by Obama has taken-on a new life of it's own.
What can we expect of citizen Palin? Her departure from the governorship may be a well calculated strategy to re-organize her 2012 presidential run, with a heavy hitter front-runner Mitt Romney, an excellent contender for the republican party. Excellent choices for the 2012 republican party will revitalize politics in America.
Leaving her post will be scrutinized by the media as negative, but as she reflects on the direction of this country, she is not alone in her endeavor to get America back on track from the "soft tyranny" and the "looting of our economy." Americans are fed-up and are getting back to the root of the problems....looking for real leadership by those that (also) see the nonsense on both sides of the aisle. Tackling the handlers of both parties, remains to be seen, as to who THEY allow to run in the 2012 presidential race. Will the Soros and G.E. liberal progressive types allow a fair and constitutional election? Will ACORN show their ugly faces again? Will those that wasted their Obama vote awaken from their coma's?
Sarah Palin will have the greatest challenge of her life, or of any politician known to date, since she speaks from the heart, she cannot be swayed from her ethical viewpoints, and she no longer wants to participate in a governorship that is riddled by a biased media with unwarranted attacks that Obama would not tolerate, if the media decided to bite the hand that feeds them. During this transition, our country will continue evolving and Sarah Palin will be evolving with us, instead of evolving against us, coerced under a two party system, seen as empty suits and dangerous traitors with no conscience of the destruction they are imposing on the American people.
Sarah Palin is not likely going to fade away into the cold of Alaska, because her heart is warm and alive, and Americans feel her concerns and will support her for a 2012 run.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) – Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, Republican John McCain's vice presidential running mate in 2008, said on Friday she will resign this month and will not run for re-election as governor. Palin took no questions after a brief news conference in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, with Lieutenant Governor Sean Parnell and much of her state cabinet at her side. She gave no indication of her future plans. "I'm not seeking re-election" in 2010, Palin said, adding she would transfer authority to Parnell on July 26. Palin, McCain's surprise pick in the 2008 presidential race, rallied the party's conservative base. There has been speculation she would seek the Republican Party's presidential nomination in 2012. "We are not retreating, we are advancing in a different direction," Palin said. "We know we can effect positive change outside government at this moment in time." Palin, 45, said her decision came after much "prayer and consideration." She did not want to waste time on "political blood sport" and cited public criticism of her actions and her family since the 2008 campaign. "You are naive if you don't see a full-court press right now on the national level picking apart a good point guard," Palin said, using a basketball analogy. Palin complained during the unsuccessful 2008 campaign about having her comments "filtered" by the mainstream media. Palin was cleared in November of wrongdoing in an abuse-of-power investigation into the firing of the state's public safety commissioner. Last month, Palin signed a book deal to tell her own story, for an undisclosed sum, with News Corp's HarperCollins. "I look forward to helping others -- to fight for our state and our country, and campaign for those who believe in smaller government, free enterprise, strong national security, support for our troops, and energy independence," she said. Condemning Coups and Later Approving

Ousted Hondurian President was arrested by his own military, in the early hours Sunday, still in his pajamas....President Zelaya was flown to Costa Rica where he denounced the coup as illegal, wearing borrowed clothes, he is now in exile, but vows to return soon.
Zelaya was quickly replaced by a congressional leader, announcing to an enthusiastic crowd, the move was a "legal process." No violence reported, however...it appears that Hondurans approve of this coup, since Honduras was facing strong dictatorship by Zelaya, similar to Venezuela's crack-down by Chavez. Hillary Clinton, on behalf of Barack Obama, strongly condemns the coup, staying in-step with Venezuela's Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro.
It would not be surprising if "Counter-military coup planning" of a Whitehouse is (likely) a top priority discussion these days, while the world is watching Iranian dissent to overthrow the Iranian government and the latest events in Central America.
By Mrs. Clinton denouncing the coup in Honduras, in favor of a dictatorship regime, (backed by Hugo Chavez), has enormous revealing conclusions by such a quick announcement. To do otherwise, sends a message around the world that "the people" must act in-order to preserve their liberties, if and when all other legal methods fail. The U.S. Constitution requires action by the people, if and when the government becomes tyrannical.

He explained that a small group of elites and military officers were behind the coup." The Honduran coup by the military was done peacefully, and we'll see if the Obama administration continues to denounce this development, and if the military coup in Pakistan by Army General Musharraf (October 12th, 1999) will (now) be viewed by the administration as un-acceptable, since the Bush administration first denounced the Pakistan coup, but later approved it. Today, the Obama administration continues to appease Pakistan.

Honduras UpdateReuters is reporting that during the coup, the Cuban ambassador was taken away by the troops and that the Venezuelan ambassador was beaten and left by the side of the road. In response, President Chavez of Venezuela has put his armed forces on alert. The same Reuters story has the leaders of the ALBA countries on their way to Nicaragua to discuss what action to take after the coup. Chavez and Cuba will do their best to lead the rest of the Central American nations that are part of ALBA to foment unrest in Honduras. The plans for an amnesty bill, may be around the corner with Hillary Clinton's latest "Op-Ed" to the Washington Post this past week. The angle may be centered on illegal trafficking, and the victims.....who are forced to enter the U.S. for prostitution and slave labor.
The U.S. State Department's "Trafficking in Persons Report 2009" primarily written by Mrs. Clinton, indicates the number of cases prosecuted, and the number of victims repatriated back to their families. The numbers are very low and may indicate a platform of propaganda that will help separate the criminals from the victims, under a refugee style amnesty that would grant "victims" the "right" to stay in the U.S. The report shows that most "victims" of slave labor or prostitution in the U.S. did not want to return home to their country of origin.
"Certified victims came from 40 countries. Primary countries of origin were Mexico (66), Thailand (56), Philippines (46), Korea (12), and China (8). For the fiscal year period 2006, The Department of Health and Human Services reported 6% of those reported as victims were male subjects. In 2007, the number of male victims increased to 30% and as of FY 2008, the amount of males seeking refugee (victim) status to stay in the U.S. rose to 45%!

The drop in the amount of illegal aliens crossing into the U.S. from Mexico has declined, while the increase of drug smuggling and gang crossings have increased. The lack of work in America does not look enticing to foreigners seeking jobs. The estimated 30 million illegal aliens, already inside the United States, may claim refugee status under proposed enforcement of anti-trafficking laws, if they can prove they were forced to work for slave wages, be it because of the eVerify program, or because the far and few between slave masters that rule their existence though prostitution and drug selling, gave them no other choice. The latest efforts by the Obama administration to redirect our attention to a more sympathetic approach to the open border crisis, by suggesting that we must prosecute the "coyote" human smuggler and provide humatiarian aid to most of the illegal aliens in a group that crossed illegally, contradicts the reality of what is really happening along the southwest border. The illegal alien victim from Mexico, pays a smuggling organizer about $1,500 for passage into the U.S. The "victim" is given instructions of where the "safe house" is located in a nearby metroplitan city. If successful, the "victim" waits there for transportation to an employer, cousin, or uncle's business in a distant city, also illegally in the U.S. (not reported). In the meanwhile, the human smuggling ring, often associated with the Mexican drug cartel, through gangs in the U.S., extorts the "victim's" family for more money. Being a victim (after the fact) should not be the basis for establishing amnesty for a crime that was first entered into, by the victim, when deciding to illegally cross into the United States. Other countries with oppressive regimes, that imprison and kill their own citizens for their political and religious views have always been accepted into the U.S. as refugees. The Mexican government is a corrupt government that doesn't kill it's own citizens for such views, but exploits their poor as victims of our own making, thanks to NAFTA, while exporting tons of drugs into the United States....and again, because it is our fault. The angle to be used for the next "Amnesty" attempt, is a very clever humanitarian attempt to suggest that most illegal aliens are victims of human traffickers, when the reality is limited to a few countries, like China, for slave labor and prostitution in the U.S., Haiti for their severe living conditions, and Cuba for their political viewpoints. Of those three countries, Cuban nationals enjoy a refugee status if they place one foot on U.S. soil. Expanding refugee status to Chinese, Haitians, Central Americans, and Mexicans....the across the board "refugee" label, will create a labor force of lower wages, dissolves the middle class, and places the same employers in a more acceptable legal status while reaping the rewards of cheap labor. Marijuana was not classified a "drug" until the late 70's, because.....it was not considered harmful before then, but the (increased) rewards from convictions could only be adjudicated if marijuana was re-classified as a "schedule 1 substance," therefore...the RICO Act created a bonanza for local counties and the federal government. Supporting (propaganda) claims, as to the affects of marijuana, were not as bad by the 70's and up till now, as it was formally portrayed in a very weird and crazy documentary called, "Reefer Madness." If the propagandist for that mind-blowing footage, attached it to the legal substance a.k.a. "Salvia," circulating high schools and causing a type of "walking dead" drug experience, then there would be some credibility for concern, but marijuana is a money maker for both sides of the issue, including the border.

The Arivaca area along the border in Arizona, is extremely dangerous, because the drug cartel are desparate. A major drug dealer/smuggler, residing in Arivaca, was executed by Shawna Forde....a renegade lone wolf on steroids. She is facing murder charges, and a court will have to determine if she was motivated by money, or targeting drug pins. The drug cartel have lost a very important route structure through the Altar Valley, southwest of Tucson, as a result of her actions, while increasing the danger level for everyone. Following the execution style murders, three Game and Fish agents, patrolling the Arivaca area, were fired upon by what they described as "Hispanics in camouflage." Several U.S. Border Patrol agents, I've talked to (off the record) agree.....the problem along the border would be less violent if marijuana was legalized.
The drug cartel are able to transport their loads, from the state of Michoacan, north on Hwy 15 to Santa Ana in the state of Sonora, where the loads are dispersed into three main routes that lead into the areas of Nogales, Sasabe, and Lukeville Arizona, without interference !! U.S. Border Patrol supervisors explain the complexity of staging agents for long periods of time in rugged mountainous terrain that hugs the border between Nogales and Sasabe. Picking-up the slack, the Homeland Security Policy Institute's sponsored organization, the Border Patrol Auxiliary (BP Aux) www.bpaux.com receives on-going tactical training from experts, including 'Front Sight,' and they share intelligence with U.S. Border Patrol. Heavily armed and trained BP Aux agents often work the drug infested corridors, in both California and Arizona, with high tech equipment.
However....the drugs, mostly marijuana, makes it across the border. Even though a Predator (UAV) often flies along the border at high altitudes, sending high resolution imagery to technicians on the ground, the U.S. Border Patrol sectors are undermanned and limited to shift changes and time constraints for pursuing drug laden groups in the rough terrain.
Hundreds of pounds make it to places like Memphis and Chicago, broken down to ounces and distributed through their gang thug contacts in area counties, and to your neighbors. The process can take less than 3 days from an Arizona stash house. Now....that one major stash house has been eliminated in Arivaca area, the loads coming up from southwest Mexico are beginning to back-up at the border. The bullets are already flying....and agents are on high alert.
If the profit margin was removed overnight by the Obama administration, the border would be manageable, but still dangerous as the drug cartel switch from smuggling (primarliy) marijuana, to smuggling cocaine from Colombia. However, the lack of supply and demand for the dangerous drugs will make it difficult for gang thugs and others in the U.S., while Law enforcement and prosecutors could spend less time on senseless marijuana convictions.
By those that want to keep marijuana ILLEGAL, are contributing to the killings on the border and in the cities. Americans are the largest consumers of marijuana in the world, and (we) keep the drug cartel wealthy, counties funded, law enforcement equipped (as if we were a police state), while causing our prisons to be nothing more than slave labor camps for making school furniture....since the non-dangerous inmates are allowed to work the good jobs at $.90 cents an hour. When the convicted pot smoking inmates are done building furniture, they smoke their pot, right behind closed doors. I know, because I have seen it and arrested them, time and time again, while working as a correction officer. The killers and rapists however, just play basketball or work-out, while having the pot and drugs smuggled-in! Your neighbor's kid that received a couple years for possession and (maybe ) trafficking, is getting street gang training and will come-out (very) ticked-off, and worse than when he was first institutionalized! Losing his nice custom built camero to the local county D.A.R.E. officer, could send the kid over the edge.
Marijuana will be legalized in the near future, because we as a country have fallen behind in logic and concern for the wasted lives that our criminal system has created, while doing nothing about securing our border. Logic would say....if we are at war with terrorists that want to destroy this country, then we should control our borders. Removing one major element (marijuana) from the task, allows U.S. Border Patrol to be more efficient. People are going to smoke it either way, therefore...why not take the profits out of the equation and make it legal and controlled like alcohol and tobacco (two known killers). In Alaska, you can grow it legally, for personal consumption, and if you are caught smoking a "joint" on the streets of Anchorage, the fine is about $25. A $25 fine is better than taking-up space in a prison that cost taxpayer's up to $30,000 per year for each inmate. There will still be drug testing, work rules, traffic rules, and age consumption rules....while the over-crowded prisons will make room for all the new potential domestic terrorists, patriots, returning military vets, dissenting journalists/bloggers, Ron Paul supporters, and those that decide to sell their own vegetables on the street. If you haven't heard, if you protest, or complain online about the government, you are a "potential terrorist," according to our (do no wrong) government. Therefore, the swap-out in the prison system will be a new generation of inmates, and a million plus pot smokers will be released. They have to make room for (us), therefore...they have to legalize marijuana.
The loss of a county's income from the (drug) related RICO Act (seizures) will further cause a local county and the state, to submit their soul and the souls of their citizens to the federal government, which counters the 10th amendment of each state's sovereignty. It's all relative....I can assure you, it's not just about making pot legal because they're nice people in Washington, it's because they have an agenda.
The old saying that pot leads to other drugs, is a half truth loaded with propaganda. Cigarettes caused me to get hooked on cigars, and by being around those evil people, I am hooked! Now the goons in Washington want to remove all flavors from tobacco products!! Leave us alone!!! The federal government needs to leave Americans alone. They need to worry (instead) about their own politicians and their eligibility issues, and by all means....drug test your own for a "change!" The individual states have their own legislators and can decide with the people, on marijuana use and misuses. As far as controlling the border? The U.S. Border Patrol needs more agents and support by each state's National Guard. Each state's governor has the right to mobilize their own National Guard units to the border. Why in the hell is Washington deploying our National Guard to protect other borders 6,000 miles away? Let me guess...."To protect Americans and our homeland." They must be "high" in Washington !

Barney Frank pushes to legalize marijuana
'Criminalizing choices … is not appropriate in a free society' Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., wants to legalize marijuana and has introduced legislation that would accomplish his goals. San Diego, Amexica---In 1983, Morteza Tajik fled the Islamic Revolution in Iran with his young wife and two small daughters. Each week, for twelve years, he drove his truck to Yuma and Imperial County and over a four-day period would deliver parts to local NAPA stores in the middle of the night. He did what most Americans do. He worked hard to provide for his family. It was a struggle but taking a public handout to make it easier was never an option. He was a proud man, a good father and good provider. When it came time to send his girls off to college, he put in extra hours to help pay for it. In 2008, after many years of scrimping and saving his pennies, he bought his first home in Rancho Bernardo.
On June 4, 2009 at 2:25 AM, he arrived at the Somerton, AZ (Yuma) NAPA store to make his delivery. He had keys to the stores and would stock them up with supplies so the sales crew had new product when the store opened in the morning.
According to a confession obtained by police, four alleged “anchor baby” gang bangers of the Soma Street Gang watched in the shadows and decided they were going to “jack this guy up”. As Morteza unloaded the truck, 21- year old Israel Lopez and 20 -year old Jose Gonzalez Nunez ambushed Morteza and beat him senseless with a baseball bat. Lopez then reportedly stabbed him ten times in the heart and chest for good measure. They didn’t steal a thing. His wallet and money were found on his body. The keys to the truck, loaded with hundreds of thousands of dollars in product, were in the ignition. Lopez and Nunez, along with another man Daniel Torres, fled the area and left Morteza lying on the blood stained sidewalk to die. At 2:45 AM a passerby noticed his body and called police. Border Patrol was called in to track down the murderers. Their footprints led police right to their house where they were trying to burn the baseball bat. A security camera outside a neighborhood store captured the whole gruesome scene.
Two days ago the pair were arraigned and Nunez flashed gang signs as he was led into court. The families of the murderers were in court crying. “How could this have happened to their sons?” Several days earlier some family members of the accused attacked a news crew. Charges are pending.
Morteza Tajik didn’t deserve to die on a dusty sidewalk in the middle of the night at the hands of these gang bangers. He leaves behind his wife, three daughters and a grandchild. The family understandably is devastated as are we. They are our friends. Last night we grieved with them and started the healing process. For the Tajik family it’s going to be hard. Morteza didn’t believe in his wife having to work. She stayed home to raise the kids. He didn’t have much insurance and has a hefty mortgage on his new home. He’ll never see his youngest daughter graduate college or his middle daughter marry the United States Marine she is engaged to. They could really use our help. Times are tough but for this family, times are a bit tougher. They have lost their father, husband and grandfather in a senseless act of violence committed by worthless scum living on the public dole. When questioned in court, neither of the murderers could remember when they last had a job, if ever. Theirs is a typical story in a place we call Amexica. Reportedly raised by gang-banger parents, their job was to prey on law-abiding citizens. They did it well.

The Tajik’s were fervently anti-illegal immigration; more so now. We fellow Americans mourn the loss of Morteza Tajik. His was the typical American story in a nation of immigrants, or at least it was. He worked hard to assimilate into the American culture, provide for his family and contribute to our society. Co-workers called him “Mr. T”. Morteza was always there with a smile and had an infectious laugh. He was well liked and a good man. He didn’t take anything but the opportunity to prove he was worthy of being an American. We’ll all miss him. Unfortunately there are other victims of gang violence and illegal immigration every day. This craziness has to stop.

Fox News anchor Shepard Smith, host of the top-rated evening cable newscast, believes Americans challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president are "crazies," saying "there is no truth whatsoever" to the suggestion Obama is not a "natural born citizen." Smith made the remark during analysis of today's shooting at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, where an elderly gunman opened fire with a rifle, killing a security guard before himself being shot. Police were probing an alleged white supremacist, James von Brunn, as the assailant. During his interview with Heidi Beirich of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Smith said: "There are these crazies out there who want to pretend [Obama's] not a citizen of the United States, who want to pretend that his religion is something they see as in some way troublesome to them and all of us. And there is a group perpetuating this thought, and there is a culture to which you can attach yourself very easily through the Internet. ... We know it's absolutely – there is no truth whatsoever – zero – to any of those ideas, yet they live within the computer and they fester in people's minds." Beirich agreed completely with Smith's remarks, as she responded: "You're hitting the nail on the head about these kinds of crazed conspiracies whether they're about the president, or we're hearing things like FEMA setting up camps to round up Americans and put them in. I'm getting bad sort of deja-vu from the 1990s when anti-government militias were on the rise, when Tim McVeigh committed that [bombing] in Oklahoma City and I really am hoping that we're not going through a repeat of that." Smith made numerous references to a Department of Homeland Security report warning of potential violence from "right-wing extremists," and said he's been personally disturbed by an increase in e-mail to him from people "who are way out there on a limb ... out there in a scary place." He read what he called a representative message that asked, "How dare you tell us to get over the birth certificate ... ?"
Ironically, Smith himself allegedly engaged in activity some might deem "out there in a scary place." As WND previously reported, during the presidential election fiasco in November 2000, Smith was arrested at the Florida Capitol for allegedly driving his Mazda Millenia into another reporter who was standing in a parking space she attempted to save for a friend. The victim, freelance journalist Maureen Walsh of Tallahassee, was hospitalized and released later the same day with bruises on her knees and legs. The St. Petersburg Times reported Capitol Police Sgt. Edwin Maxwell said Smith drove up and "shouted some profanities at her and basically just struck her, striking her at the knees, which threw her up on the car." According to NewsBlues, a witness to the incident said Smith "intentionally ran into her with his car to try and get her to move from the parking spot. She was thrown onto the hood of the car and ended up on the ground. Smith then parked the car, turned off the engine, turned to the crews assisting the reporter and said "f--- you" and walked into the state capital. Police and paramedics were called." "When arrested on the street outside the capital, Smith said he couldn't understand why this was happening ... they then handcuffed him." Smith was charged with a felony the day of the offense, but the charge was later downgraded to a misdemeanor and eventually dropped. Two hours after Smith's TV remarks about "crazies," his network colleague Glenn Beck said of the shooting in Washington, "This is not the work of right-wing conservatives." "This guy is a lone gunman nut job," Beck said. "I'm not stirring the pot. I am pointing out that the pot is boiling and there is trouble in America. ... Common sense tells you that there are very hateful people on the right and on the left." The museum guard, Stephen Tyrone Johns, died in the hospital. Von Brunn, 89, was listed in critical condition. Nationwide attention about President Obama's lack of producing a long-form birth certificate proving his eligibility for office got a boost today when top-rated radio host Rush Limbaugh joked about the subject in comparing Obama to God. Asking rhetorically what God has in common with Obama, Limbaugh said, "Neither has a birth certificate." The birth certificate WND has been reporting since before the election on questions – and lawsuits – raised over Obama's birth and eligibility. He reported in his book he was born in Hawaii and his half-sister agrees. But the woman the president says is his paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, claimed to have been present at her grandson's birth in Mombasa, Kenya. (Story continues below) The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Complicating the issue are Obama's move to Indonesia as a child, where he reportedly attended that nation's public schools, and his later travels to Pakistan, raising questions about on what nation's passport was that travel accomplished. Then there are the multiple law firms hired to make certain Obama's long-form birth certificate information, and other documentation such as college records, remain sealed from public view. Obama's presidential campaign released to select news organizations only what is known as a "certification of live birth," a document obtainable in Hawaii in 1961 by Americans actually born outside the country. However, Joseph Farah, WND editor and chief executive officer, has been calling for the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate showing the hospital of his birth, attending physician and other details to confirm his citizenship status. Farah launched a national billboard campaign last month in an effort to keep the issue before the American people. The billboards, being leased around the country, ask the simple question, "Where's the birth certificate?" Farah is asking the public to support his campaign with donations. So far, more than $75,000 has been collected. The billboard campaign followed one launched months earlier to collect the names on an electronic petition demanding accountability and transparency on the issue. So far, that petition has gathered nearly 400,000 names. The campaign got a boost recently when WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving asked Obama's press secretary, Robert Gibbs, why the president wouldn't release his birth certificate. Gibbs' response was covered live on C-SPAN and by Fox News Channel and others – excluding CBS. It was the first time any member of the press corps has publicly asked a member of the administration a question directly related to Obama's constitutional eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen." Congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," but no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth. Both the petition and the billboard campaign are part of what Farah calls an independent "truth and transparency campaign." The first sign to be posted under the campaign, a digital, electronic one, is up and online on Highway 165 in Ball, La.. In addition, based on the heavy volume of financial donations in the first days of the campaign, WND was able to commit to leasing three more standard billboards – one in Los Angeles, another in Orange County, Calif. and a third in Pennsylvania.
Farah said the campaign was born of frustration with timid elected officials in Washington, corrupt judges around the country and a news media that show a stunning lack of curiosity about the most basic facts of Obama's background – especially how it relates to constitutional eligibility for the highest office in the land. "As Obama transforms this country from self-governing constitutional republic to one governed by a central ruling elite, the simple fact remains that no controlling legal authority has established that he is indeed a 'natural born citizen' as the Constitution requires," Farah said. Laredo Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 277 pounds of cocaine valued at $8,864,000 near Laredo, Texas. Six unidentified individuals were observed carrying the suspected narcotics bundles. Agents responded to the area and located foot sign indicating the subjects had returned to Mexico. Agents and a Border Patrol canine searched the area and discovered five duffle bags containing ten individually wrapped bundles of cocaine.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 4,498 pounds of marijuana valued at $3,598,400, a 1999 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, and arrested a United States Citizen (USC) at the traffic checkpoint near Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A search of the trailer revealed 360 bundles of marijuana concealed in 16 cardboard bins.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Nogales, Arizona. Records checks revealed subject was previously convicted of first degree felony homicide by vehicle in the State of Georgia and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,235 pounds of marijuana valued at $988,000, a 1993 Chevrolet Astro van, and recovered a 2005 Ford F-250 after locating the abandoned vehicles near the river in Abram, Texas.
San Diego Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested three illegal aliens from Mexico, two USCs, and seized 109 pounds of marijuana valued at $87,120 and a 2008 Nissan Rogue near Tecate, California. Agents observed three illegal aliens cross the international border carrying suspected bundles of narcotics towards a waiting vehicle. After the three individuals loaded the bundles into the vehicle, they continued north on foot and were subsequently arrested. The vehicle left the area, and agents conducted a vehicle stop. The driver failed to yield, but agents stopped the vehicle by successfully deploying a Controlled Tire Deflation Device.

Del Rio Sector – Border Patrol agents rescued three individuals who were in distress on Lake Amistad near Del Rio, Texas. Agents pulled one individual to safety after his canoe overturned and rescued two others who were stranded on an island in the lake.
El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Calexico, California. Records checks revealed the subject was previously removed from the United States. During processing, the subject was identified as an active member of the Border Brothers gang.

Reported on April 29, 2009 Grand Forks Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from El Salvador near Crookston, Minnesota. Records checks revealed the subject is a registered sex offender and he previously served 86 months in prison for a drug conviction and 68 months for a sex offense.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,398 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,118,400, a 1996 Kenworth tractor-trailer, and arrested a USC at the traffic checkpoint near Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A subsequent search revealed marijuana concealed in a false compartment in the trailer.
San Diego Sector – Border Patrol agents seized $399,990 in U.S. currency, a 2001 Volkswagen Golf, and arrested a national of Mexico near San Clemente, California. Agents observed the driver acting suspiciously on Interstate 5 and conducted a vehicle stop. The subject consented to a search of his vehicle, which revealed numerous bundles of U.S. currency concealed in the rear quarter panels of the vehicle.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 2,231 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,784,520, a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, and arrested 22 illegal aliens near Rio Rico, Arizona. While conducting patrol duties, agents heard approximately 40 rounds of automatic weapon fire approximately one mile from their location. Border Patrol Auxiliary To Establish A Tucson Chapter Organizational Meeting To Be Held May 2nd
Tucson, AZ. The Border Patrol Auxiliary, (http://www.BPAUX.org) a non political, not-for-profit association dedicated to secure borders, safer communities and disaster preparedness will be holding an organizational meeting for a new Tucson Area Chapter on Saturday May 2nd 2009, 10:00 AM -2:00 PM at the Three Points VFW Post 10254.
The meeting is open to prospective members and will feature presentations by BPAUX national leadership on the organizations efforts to assist Border Patrol in securing the US border with Mexico. BPAUX was formed to provide a non-political alternative to existing citizen watch groups and is made up largely of current and former military, law enforcement personnel and ordinary Americans interested in secure borders and safer communities.

Each mission requires Border Patrol Auxiliary communications section to contact the U.S. Border Patrol (Sector) with vehicle description and proposed locations for the border watch. Often enough, Border Patrol agents provide intel to help serve the overall mission. “Keep your eye on panel 1936” the agent instructed us, an opening in the old metal fence that separates the United States from Mexico. “I just had a group pass through there this morning and more are expected,” he said. I wanted to shake his hand, as I have often done in the past, but with the potential flu pandemic scare and knowing that these brave agents are hands-on with illegal aliens, I elected to just say “thanks for your service.” Each fence panel has a number, and “1936” was just east of our position. From our location, we had a perfect view of the hill. The only physical recognition that divides the U.S. from Mexico (at the top of the hill) is a U.S. flag on a pole. The fence is old....it has several miles of gaps, plenty of holes and new holes are made all the time. Illegal aliens wait for nightfall, but today the push was on, by the spotters seen standing on top of the hill. More groups were arriving from the south, and the five groups we were holding back, eventually had to make their move. All five groups were apprehended by U.S. agents, of which several individuals carrying large backpacks were carrying drugs.Groups, backing-up at the border is an inconvenience for the Mexican border ranchers that facilitate their movement with intel provided by trained spotters with radios and binoculars. BPAUX teams routinely intercept their communications effectively, as we did this past weekend.
Thursday night was a washout due to fog, but U.S. Border Patrol agents were successful. Camp Vigilance, the home to the Minutemen and Border Patrol Auxiliary (BPAUX), located just north of the border, began seeing volunteers from several states arriving on Friday for a complete shutdown of the border in that area of California. Additional BPAUX operations will begin in Arizona, beginning May 2nd. Teams of BPAUX volunteer agents and Minutemen were assigned to selected “hotspots” in and around the border. 24-hour shifts were consistent throughout the weekend watch, and together.....they effectively stopped groups from entering by repositioning volunteer units back and forth to secure gaps in the fence. The frustration on the Mexican side was obvious, and two different assaults by drug smugglers, using rocks, caused vehicle damage, but no injuries. A direct conflict was aborted immediately when volunteers had to respond in defense with weapons raised at eye level. The rock throwers ran back into Mexico. On the return trip to Arizona, the U.S. Border Patrol was busy with checkpoints at several undisclosed locations. As I pulled up to one aggressive checkpoint, with all windows down for the agents to easily see inside, I was asked if I was a U.S. Citizen. I responded in the affirmative and he replied, “thank you.” I was about to pull ahead when he quickly said, “Hold it!” I looked forward as a black man in handcuffs was being escorted directly in front of my vehicle. I looked at the agent with slight puzzlement, and he just said, “See….it’s not just Mexicans that come across, he’s Haitian!” As I drove east on Interstate 8, I thought to myself of that typical “La Raza” line about those “poor undocumented workers just looking for a better life,” and the fact that I can’t even cough-up enough money right now for a ticket to Haiti, let alone a night in their hotels, which I have had to pay as much as $100 a night in Port-au-Prince in a previous life, and here I am looking at a Haitian man arrested, circumnavigating Florida through California to receive the benefits of amnesty, which our out-of-control congress will likely pass soon if we don’t get on the stick. Mexicans are usually charged a fee of $1,500 to $3,000 to be escorted into the United States. It is likely, the Haitian man paid as much as $10,000 dollars, plus his airline ticket to Mexico City, to only be arrested at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint. As I proceeded east, I also had to wonder if that last lunch I had at the interstate exit would put me in the hospital soon, or even dead, since nobody in Washington has time to worry about our border crisis and the potential flu pandemic. However, scaring thousands of Americans in New York City with a nifty unannounced flyover by Airforce One and two F-16 jet fighters in trail, is par for the course, while many Americans wonder if the flu scare is just hype for something else coming our way. The more ridiculous it gets everyday, the more I realize the need for every patriot from coast to coast to be prepared, knowledgeable, and ready. The border crisis is not going away, the government will continue to spread gloom and doom, and in the end, you will be standing in a line, begging for that vaccination and anything else the goons in Washington can dream up. It’s time to wake-up and realize the fun and games are over, it’s time to get our country back on track, and it begins by demanding border security and no amnesty for the 30 million plus illegal aliens in our country. Other diseases on the increase, throughout the southwest United States, suggests that illegal aliens contribute to the increase, since only illegal aliens DO NOT have to submit to an immigration medical exam before entering. Janet Napolitano is getting hit both left and right, with a petition to remove her from Department of Homeland Security. Governor Pataki considers Napolitano a paranoid individual that believes our returning soldiers will fall into the hands of conservatives, which lately means that if you are conservative, you are a "Right wing extremist!" If she had her way...she'd likely force the returning soldier from Afghanistan to denounce his/her allegiance to the conservative party, or you will not be permitted to return? Here is what Gov. Americans are outraged over the DHS document, and now Canadians, after her comments concerning the on-going "9/11 myth" of how Canada (basically) facilitated the al Qaeda puppets and their entries into the United States. With no training in law enforcement, let alone counter terrorism training, Obama placed Napolitano in the highest seat of a "hot potato" agency that is too far spread to be efficient. Former president Bill Clinton is the only known government official to have paid a fine....while many other government types continue to take their instructions from the world bankers, unscathed by laws that prohibit a current elected official from attending the Bilderberg meetings around the world. The list below is likely a partial list, since (we) have observed certain high profile government officials showing-up, through the hotel's kitchen delivery stations, underground garages, and any means necessary to stay out-of-sight from unbiased media types. One year, Hillary Clinton arrived, but was not listed. Then of course, the questionable escape from all media at Dulles international Airport, by both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Both were whisked-off to the Bilderberg meeting, taking place at the Marriott Hotel, following the DNC Obama winning announcement last year. Contrary to advice given to Janet Napolitano, the Department of Homeland Security has issued the so-called list of Americans/organizations, now coined as "Right Wing Extremists" and "Potential Terrorists," of anyone that stands behind the constitution, or against illegal immigration, anti-abortion, or basically, any American, including our returning military vets....we are all terrorists, according to our own government. Talk show host Michael Savage has launched a federal lawsuit against Janet Napolitano, because he and others alike, are now "terrorists," according to the biased report that violates the 1st and 5th amendment rights of Americans. Well....we Americans have our list of traitors (below). They are the "illuminati" the "New World Order" the "Banksters" of the world, the pariahs that speak out of both sides of their mouths. They are the creators of wars, hunger, and disease. They smile on TV and have the corporate media behind them, and a well organized propaganda machine to keep soldiers waving their flag for freedom and local law enforcement happy with new equipment, weapons, vehicles, radios and armor. The slow take-over of our United States has been in the works since Woodrow Wilson and maybe before, according to researchers. Why has it surfaced now and to the point of recognition? But...you say, if the politicians are placed in office by the illuminati, then why is it important to secure a vote by 30 million illegal aliens and their supporters? Because, mainstream media continues to propagandize the voting process, which has already been proven as rigged in certain states, manipulated and unsecured, but the numbers elude to the credibility of an election, with a back-up for securing a party's re-election . Would it have mattered if McCain was sitting at the top right now? We already know that his immigration statements and his lack of discussions concerning border security is typical of what we can expect from this president soon. As long as we are divided, over issues that point the finger at each and everyone of us, and purposely executed by Washington....then it is very possible for the globalist puppets and their handlers to achieve their goal of absolute power of the people by any means necessary. How do people counter this obvious declaration of war on more than half the American people? Information is critical and how you get your information will soon become limited. Learn the basics of getting information from town to town, county to county. Any means of radio communications can be used, even though it is fast becoming controlled with obscured attempts to regulate simple CB radio frequencies, which truckers will park their trucks before they allow the FCC to pull their CB radios. New Ham Radio Operators, licensed by the FCC are being told that they are, in a sense, the watchdogs of the airwaves, and that it is their duty to police frequency bands, etc. That includes, any of the old timers (I hear) talking on HF frequencies, about the very exact things discussed within, are (likely) being reported to Homeland Security by the new Ham Radio licensed operators that don't have a clue as to where America is headed. The divide and conquer concept has always been a part of history. They do it through your most respected TV programs, and often use the children as the subject matter when demonizing weapons, or the misuse of carbons, etc. We then see the so-called solution by government to fix the problem (after they created the problem). That comes, after you have been programmed mentally, much the same way you have been programmed to believe that fluoride in your drinking water is good for you, when the label on your toothpaste says to call poison control if you swallow it. But in your water, it's magically safe, along with the chlorine and people's pharmaceutical flushing. When you bring the matter up with your dentist, he says..."In small amounts it's safe." So is arsenic!! Do we still have time before a majority of Americans wake-up and realize that our country is on the verge of becoming a third world nation very soon? If you are scraping for food each week, and you are not allowed to grow a garden (Tulsa, OK), plus there's no ammo to buy for hunting, let alone protection from criminals.....guns won't matter when it comes down to protecting your family from those that want whatever food and supplies you have. Other innovative basic ways to protect yourself will eventually place you (again) on a government list. Those that live in major cities will get a sense of where this country is headed fast. You won't necessarily see it on mainstream media, since you already do not see all the tent cities popping-up coast to coast. Sacramento has already issued eviction notices to their tent city of homeless. While banksters are looting America, and billions of dollars are being paid to corporate tycoons.....that money is quickly leaving the shores of America, while everyday Americans have to struggle. The skimpy $250 one time payment can't even pay the rent for one month, and we're suppose to be happy? We were happy when (we) thought that our election process meant something. We were happy when we were left alone to sell, barter, and grow food without federal intervention. We were happy when we did not see police checkpoints all over the place, or when the National Guard was sent to our own border to at least give the world the impression that we are a secure nation. We were happy when the government did not pass their two attempts to grant amnesty to 30 million illegal aliens. We were happy when gas was at $1.40 gal and were told that our troops would be coming home. Americans are not happy and we're mad as hell.....Because of all the surfacing lies. We know what the government is doing and who is behind the puppets in Washington. We have the list, we know your corporations and your CEO's and we'll be watching you. Even though our communication capabilities will likely become tainted and infiltrated, we already know the Judas types are everywhere, and we hope they get an eyeful of information, which in-turn creates a psychological attack on any regime's mind, since the unknown is scary and unpredictable. People need to unite and not worry about the labels placed upon (us) by those in Washington that think they know what they are doing. I have to respond to this article below by DeWeese. I don't think he has his facts straight, except that I agree with most of what he says concerning the 10th amendment and state sovereignty. His idea that we are willingly giving-up our liberties for some protection, may be true for far left liberals, but the rest of us have a different take on that. Plus, he's uninformed as he refers to people concerned about stopping illegal immigration as "anti-immigration." That's the clue....
I don't know how Tom DeWeese believes that those against illegal immigration are willing to give-up some of their liberties in-order to stop the border invasion. Maybe those that believe what the federal government says and does is enough to allow our freedoms to erode....when in-fact, the border invasion is a military matter and should not be a civilian action requirement, but has to be, since the feds want it that way....
From my perspective, involved with this border issue since 2003 and following the abuse by government most everyday now, and their lack of concern for border security.....I am of the opinion (now) that there has never been any attempt to secure our borders for several reasons, which are coming to light now with the official announcement of a "New Global Regime" stated by Obama this weekend, which of course (in other words) is "The New World Order!"
For those that do not know what that entails....their minds will be limited to engaging in personal security from a "boogie man," than from the real threat facing our country within, which it is our job to stop our country from further erosion, by actively engaging in sensitive political confrontations, for some....watching the border, and others, educating an un-informed public about our constitution, while deciphering corporate mainstream propaganda....even while "Fusion Centers" try to stigmatize patriots as potential terrorists, which is pure "propaganda" tactics.
Tidbits of border enforcement came about as a result of (our) efforts to bring attention to this growing problem. The drugs continue to enter and thousands of illegal aliens and potential terrorists enter on a daily basis. More likely, gang thugs and other criminals, combined with families fleeing the failed state of Mexico, but they all continue to enter, with only a small percentage being caught each day. Like they say, for every one illegal alien caught, 3 to 4 get by.
The numbers that are caught, mostly are dispatched from calls being made from area residents/ranchers, drivers, businesses, along with numerous border watch groups. Don't believe me?? Sit down with a dispatcher in the U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector and look at their logs.
If everyone stopped calling Border Patrol for 24 hours, the unknown additional thousands (not apprehended) would be in our country, going to the job you just got fired from, to....awaiting gang group locations numbering in the thousands and under the watchful eye of terrorist sleeper cells, (and some by the FBI), while others deliver their Colombian cocaine and Mexican pot to their sellers, which then ends-up in your sleepy little town in mid-America for your high school students. Later, they want to take their first year college "Spring Break" in wonderful and war torn Mexico....and you let them !
You let them, because you believe what you hear and see on TV! They won't tell you how the Mexican Bureau of Tourism (sic) encourages our State Department to keep it watered down by only making Mexico's crime and drug war to appear isolated and not in tourist locations. A fat out lie!! Beheadings behind a hotel in Cancun doesn't apply?? Where do you think your teen age college kid roams at night, looking for a gram of cocaine? When he/she calls you and says they were robbed....it likely happened in the backstreets behind the hotel and not because they forgot to put their cash in the hotel safe, if they were lucky enough to keep their head !
If the feds did not want the drugs entering and killing our teens, (if for any reason) they would militarize the border. If they truly believed that Americans were shipping weapons south, they would militarize the border on both sides.....which of course, the ones buying limited amounts of weapons, are illegal aliens that enter, buy the weapons from their own (legal) Mexican contacts, and head back south. Drug mules do exactly that! They bring the drugs in and head right back for more.
That's all small time potatoes compared to rocket launchers, AK-47's, M-16's, and grenades (supposedly) heading south. Give me a break!! It's all a ruse to make mainstream America believe that THEY can stop the violence by grabbing everyone's weapons and continue throwing pot smokers in prison as a solution to Mexico's open export business, while Calderon blames Americans for his own failures.
Very absurd and naive, if not extremely dangerous for law abiding citizens, watching their country turn into a third world nation of thugs while politicians openly state that, "we recognize Mexico's sovereignty" therefore here's $1.4 billion dollars and we won't militarize the border.
Border Patrol are far and few between. It takes an active military presence on the border to knock those numbers down to less than 10% of those getting across. We secure everyone else's borders, but not our own....for reasons that many Americans refuse to acknowledge.
The government will and is using immigration, (including gun propaganda) combined with potential terrorism (inside the U.S.) as the "vehicle" for all the Patriot Act laws and future laws being decided in-order to "keep us safe." They will continue to lie to the population (through mainstream media), that they are doing this or that to "further secure our borders," which is nothing but a smokescreen to eventually bring-in martial law as a means to an end....of our constitutional republic, and for the purpose of forcing each state into federal compliance.
THEY want to pit illegal aliens against white America (in the streets May 5th) and show sympathy with radical Hispanic groups as being discriminated against by "hate crimes, while excluding the voice of legal immigrants of all color that oppose illegal immigration!
The race card is coming our way again, and Obama is the perfect poster child for their struggle to turn this country into a third world nation, while wiping-out the middle class by creating a very large democratic voting platform with promises of citizenship and welfare. Europe is already there. Plain and simple.....
We have a duty to perform, for our country, our families, and our neighbors. We have to do it until the day comes when the federal government, either by local law enforcement, and/or with National Guard/ United Nation troops, force us otherwise.....which THEY know would NOT stop Americans from reversing our political system of fascism.
The confusion by Washington of what the response by Americans would be, is exactly what keeps the 500 plus legislators in Washington scared. If we give-up any and all attempts to stop the foreign invasion from the south, we give-up our liberties anyway and we might as well line-up at the nearest FEMA Camp. We either volunteer to hand-over our rights and get on the bus, or we die right there. For some...(maybe the young), hand-over your rights, get on the bus in-order to live another day while organizing from within. Personal rights and freedoms are personal and when confronted with danger, a man decides what is best for him, his family, and his country.
Bottom line, politicians are deciding our fate, and half the country is still asleep. As Mexico falls, in parallel with our own country, the wide-open border in the southwest will escalate to a potentially out-of-control situation in weeks to come. Cuban Nationals are still being used by the Los Zetas to smuggle pot into the U.S. through Texas near Falfurrias, where the civilian arm of Texas law enforcement and the U.S. Border Patrol operates. The Texas Border Volunteers (TBV) are in need of more volunteers from around the country to assist with "Observing, Assessing and Reporting" illegal activity through their area, north of Mission, Texas. In addition to Cuban Nationals caught, 15 in a group of 20 illegal aliens were Chinese Nationals. Several billion dollars has been allocated by congress to Boeing for a virtual fence along the Canadian border, while very little has been done to solve the on-going computer software problems that has plagued Boeing's SBI 28 Project (virtual fence) along the southwest border. We should mention another surprise at the Texas/Mexican border this week, near Brackettville, Texas.....the infamous racist group, the Aryan Brotherhood, were caught accepting 299 pounds of Mexican pot from their Mexican connections. At the other end of the southwest border, the Homeland Security Policy Institute's "Border Patrol Auxiliary (BPAUX)" are increasing in numbers, near San Diego, where this week, two illegal aliens were caught, crossing into the U.S. with 525 rounds of ammo in their backpacks. An Open Letter to the Officers
of the United States Military
In the course of recent history, there have occurred numerous events which give rise to our urgent concern as to where your immediate loyalty lies. Is it with the People of the several united States of America, or is it to the would-be Commander-in-Chief, the president-elect and to the Supreme Court of the United States?
Because of numerous apparently erroneous decisions made by the Supreme Court in the near past, decisions that were more political than constitutional, there is a well-seated concern regarding their decision on a very serious allegation that the court refused to hear. The concern is that the president-elect, in the person of Barak Hussein Obama, is not qualified to fill the office of President of the United States nor that of the Commander-in-Chief of the military forces of this great nation because of constitutional restrictions for the candidate to that high office. It is a question of his status as a natural-born citizen of these United States.
As you saw, the Supreme Court failed the correct decision in refusing to hear the case that would have set aside any lingering question as to the qualifications for Mr. Obama to hold the office of President of the United States and sit as your Commander-in-Chief according to the Constitution of the United States. If a proper trial had been held and the results of that trial were that Mr. Obama is not qualified to that office there would have had to be another selection to fill the office and give to you and your fellow officers a proper, constitutional Commander-in-Chief.
It is apparent that the Supreme Court erred to political pressure and allowed the possibly faulted election of Barak Hussein Obama to stand, and now you will have to make the personal, serious decision to act under your oath-of-office as a commissioned officer of the United States of America. You cannot lawfully serve under an unconstitutional president, if that be the case. Any orders he issued as Commander-in-Chief would be unlawful orders.
History is replete with examples of the people’s worst enemy being their own government taken over by power-hungry despots. I have no reason to believe that human nature has changed; given the opportunity, evil men will impose their will upon the populace.
The form of government established by this Nation’s founders is one of Law based upon absolute principles, not upon the whims of individuals nor even of the majority of the people. They wrote a Constitution expressly limiting the authority of the federal government and denying to elected leadership unilateral and unquestioned authority.
You are reminded that your oath upon commissioning as an officer of this nation is to the support and defense of that Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic and through it, the people of these several States. It is not to obey a Commander-in-Chief, whether qualified or not. Even less is it to obey the faulted decision of a faulted court.
You are further reminded that it is well established in international law that following the orders of a superior authority is no defense in your personal responsibility for unlawful acts by you as commissioned military leaders.
It is with these points in mind that I demand that you make a personal decision and public commitment that, if and when you are ordered to accept a blatantly unconstitutional/unlawful decision that grossly damages our constitutional underpinnings, action against the people of these several States or the Constitution established by them, you stand with the people and their Constitution to protect them from intrusion upon the rights, their persons and their property and to defend them against all actions, either violent or non-violent, perpetrated by those enemies, domestic or foreign, whose object is the destruction of the Constitution.

I call upon you to renounce any action in violation of the people or their Constitution, and to bring to bear all the forces under your command to the protection and defense of these high purposes.
In the name of Almighty God, I fully expect you to fulfill to the maximum your obligations set forth in your oath of office - I will accept nothing less.

Supreme Court of the United States This is to remind you that on 03.13.09. I have presented you with the motion for reconsideration in Lightfoot v Bowen, Quo Warranto in Easterling et al v Obama et al and a 164 page dossier of suspected illegal and criminal activity surrounding Mr. Obama and his supporters, that was written on 03.01.09 and sent on Attorney general Holder on 03.03.09. In front of 1200 students and faculty of the University of Moscow, Idaho you agreed to review those documents. This is a matter of National Security and National urgency and as of yet there was no response from you or Attorney General Holder, nor Robert Mueller, Director of FBI, that was copied on this dossier. On 03.25.09. I arrived to the Washington DC and personally had delivered copies of the above documents to both the Supreme Court and the Department of Justice. I have received a letter from your clerk William K Suter, that relates to the pleadings received on the 23rd and does not mention any documents submitted on the 13th, and I am not sure you are aware of this letter, as you didn't seem to be aware of other matters in the Supreme Court. Mr. Suter stated, that Quo Warranto and Writ of Mandamus don't comply with the rules and I can file a petition for exraordinary writ of MANDAMUS, and I have to file it with the court. He didn't specify what rules he is talking about and this statement seems to be incorrect, since I have filed Quo Warranto as an original jurisdiction case, which doesn't need to be in the form of extraordinary writ of Mandamus. Mr. Suter also stated that the Rules of this Court make no provision for the Motion for Reconsideration of an application, however the rules of this court make no provision for many other out of the ordinary acts, that happened on your watch, including and not limited to: 1. Justices of the Supreme Court meeting behind close doors with Obama, who is a person of interest and subject of litigation of my petition, that was scheduled to be heard only a few days later. 2. Any mention of my case, stating that Mr. Obama is ineligible for US presidency, being erased from the External docket of the Supreme Court right after the inauguration and two days before the case was supposed to be heard. 3. Your clerks lying to the citizens and defaming me by claiming that the above events didn't happen, even though hundreds of citizens saw it and are prepared to testify in court in regards to such events. 4. Clerk Danny Bickel on his own accord refusing to file one of two supplemental briefs I've submitted. 5. Your Justices having no clue about any of Obama ineligibility cases, that they supposedly heard in conference five times. 6. Supreme Court Justice getting all of this information and doing nothing about, while under an obligation to act and correct the wrong. 7. Supreme Court Justices getting information in regarding to criminal activity and not reporting it for further investigation by law enforcement. 8. Supreme Court Justices deciding not to hear on the merits any and all cases in regards to president's ineligibility, while finding more value in a case deling with the rights of smokers of light cigarettes to sue tobacco. It appears the right of a few trial lawyers to make millions of dollars of such litigation was more important then the right of 305 million Americans to have a legitimate president. 9. Yesterday, on 03.25.09. I was able to meet with the National Selective Service Director, Mr. Chatfield, who could not explain any inconsistencies and suspected signs of forgery in the Selective Service Certificate presented to the public by Mr. Obama. For example, according to the retired federal agent Coffman, the serial number of the certificate on the top shows first two numbers to be 08, meaning it was created in 2008, while on the bottom an extra 8 was added, to make it look like it was created in 1980. Similarly, National Director was clueless and provided no explanation to the wrong seal, wrong dates and wrong form number. 9. Recently I have read the book "Making your Case", that Justice Scalia autographed for me. On page 77 it states " Another factor distinctive to petitions for certiorari is that the judges don't like to spend a lot of time deciding what to decide. Indeed in most courts they won't even read the brief in support of your petition but will rely on summaries (or on selection of particular briefs) by law clerks'. When you have unscrupulous clerks and the issue is National Security this is inconceivable. One of old maxims in legal practice, is that the substance trumps form. The substance dictates, that under such conditions, it is your obligation to uphold the constitution of the United States and to issue a stay to Mr. Obama's functioning in the capacity of the president and commander in Chief and give him a reasonable time of 24 hours or 48 hours to present all of his vital records or sign a consent for release of such records. If he is not willing to do so, then per the 20th amendment, Mr. Biden becomes a temporary president for two or three months, until a new president and be chosen in a special election. Justice Roberts, if you are unwilling to do so, it is your constitutional and moral duty to resign and let another Justice uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Well, there is still hope for liberty after all! After multiple thousands of phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications from outraged citizens, the State of Missouri has rescinded its controversial "militia" report. This proves the point I made in this column recently that the most effective way to fight an ever-encroaching federal leviathan is to focus on our individual states.
Let me review the events of the last few weeks so as to help readers familiarize themselves with this historic--and I do mean historic--episode.
On February 20, 2009, the State of Missouri, via its Department of Public Safety, issued what was called "MIAC Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement." In this report, people who supported Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and yours truly were referenced as being connected to potentially dangerous "militia members." But the inference did not stop there. People of conservative ideology were also identified in the State Police report as being potentially dangerous. People who held political opinions opposing abortion, illegal immigration, the New World Order, the North American Union, the Income Tax, the U.N., etc., were profiled in the MIAC report.
Interestingly enough, no left-leaning political ideologies were identified. No Islamic extremists. No environmental extremists. Only people holding "conservative" or "right-wing" philosophies were identified in the MIAC report.
The MIAC report was categorized as "Unclassified/Law Enforcement Sensitive," meaning the report was intended for law enforcement personnel only. Fortunately, an unidentified (for obvious reasons) Missouri law enforcement officer, who was extremely disturbed by this report, sent a copy to nationally syndicated radio talk show host Alex Jones. Of course, Jones immediately "blew the whistle" on the story. This was on March 11.
On March 14, the Columbia (Missouri) Daily Tribune ran a story on the subject, and on March 17, I wrote my first column about it. From that point, the story went viral.
Internet sites, radio talk show hosts, and bloggers all over America picked up the story, and thousands of outraged citizens began bombarding the appropriate officials in Missouri with protests. Even Fox News Channel talk show host Glenn Beck ran a feature on the story on Friday, March 20, and again on Monday, March 23. The Constitution Party issued a "Travel Advisory" for the State of Missouri, warning tourists and residents about the possibility of being profiled by State Police for such things as having bumper stickers with political statements on their vehicles, etc. All of this commotion was not lost on several Missouri State legislators and executive officers, either.
Missouri Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder called on Governor Jay Nixon (who had previously stood by and defended the MIAC report) to place Department of Public Safety Director John Britt on administrative leave pending an investigation into the report. In addition, several Missouri State legislators said they would introduce an amendment to the Department of Public Safety's budget barring the agency from using "state or federal funds for political profiling."
On March 23, DPS Director John Britt sent an apology letter to Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and me stating, "I have ordered that the offending report be edited so as to excise all reference to Ron Paul, Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin and to any third-party political organizations."
While Ron, Bob, and I appreciated the apology and retraction from Mr. Britt, the overriding offense of the report still lingered: namely, the report, with a very broad brush, linked people holding conservative political opinions to dangerous and violence-prone "militias," which Missouri law enforcement personnel were instructed to be on guard against. Therefore, public outcry against the MIAC report continued, Mr. Britt's apology notwithstanding.
Then, on Wednesday, March 25, the head of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Col. James F. Keathley, ordered the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) to "permanently cease distribution" of this abysmal report. Keathley said that neither he nor Britt had read the report before it was distributed. Keathley also noted that the report was filled with numerous spelling and grammatical errors and did not cite any sources for its broad statements about "right-wing" militias. He further said that his department would now review how the MIAC distributes intelligence reports to police officers. He said the process "needs improvement."
Dear readers, please take a bow! Because of tens of thousands of patriotic, freedom-loving Americans--including thousands of courageous Missourians--the long arm of totalitarianism was shortened just a bit.
This sordid story is truly an embarrassment to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State of Missouri. Governor Nixon, especially, is left with egg on his face for foolishly and stupidly standing behind the report, when he had either never read it, or, if he had, was just as guilty of political profiling as the ones who wrote the report.
Why DHS, you ask? Because the MIAC report is similar to several other reports currently circulating around various State police agencies courtesy of DHS-sponsored "Fusion Centers." There is another side of this story that is even more sinister, however.
If we can continue to probe the details of the MIAC report, I am absolutely convinced we will find that this report actually originates with Morris Dees and his ultra-liberal Southern Poverty Law Center. And if my hunch (a very educated hunch, I might add) is correct, it means that the DHS and various State police agencies around the country are allowing a left-wing special interest group to use them to harass, intimidate, and profile people with conservative political opinions.
I would further proffer that those of us who are outraged by this event should not stop with the MIAC report being removed. While this is very good news, the fear and intimidation associated with those referenced in this report has already taken place. Are people opposed to abortion, illegal immigration, the Income Tax, the U.N., etc., now afraid to express their opinions publicly (especially in Missouri)? If so, this seems to me to be the basis for legal action, based on the abridgment of the First Amendment freedom of speech by a State (and perhaps federal) law enforcement agency.
There is yet another chilling question that must be answered: by saying Missouri State Police will "review" how MIAC distributes intelligence reports to police officers, does Col. Keathley mean that the State of Missouri's law enforcement agencies will continue to promote similar reports, but simply make them "Classified"? In other words, will they (and other State police agencies around the country) simply employ greater secrecy when issuing such reports, but do nothing to change the content of future reports? Hopefully not, but we shall see.
With that said, here are the lessons all of us need to take to heart:
*Every police officer, deputy sheriff, and law enforcement officer in America who believes in constitutional government, individual liberty, and the Bill of Rights needs to be alert for any report that smacks of the MIAC report, and be willing to quickly "blow the whistle" on any such report they see.
*Lovers of freedom should be much encouraged to see what can happen when they are willing to stand up to their State governing officials as they see abridgements to their liberties taking place. I say again, the best way to fight these mushrooming despotic tendencies of government we seem to see everywhere is to focus on our State governments. Do you now see why I say that? Even if DHS was behind the MIAC report, it was the State of Missouri that had to implement it; and it was the State of Missouri that (under pressure) killed it.

*Notice, too, that we did not need the major media to achieve this victory. We cut off this one branch of the tyranny tree without the help of ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX NEWS (with the exception of Glenn Beck), or even the Drudge Report. Victory was achieved with the weapons of talk radio, syndicated Internet columns, Internet blogging, and word of mouth.
You see, folks, we can achieve victory without the major media. But we must stay focused and actively involved in our respective State governments. March 21 Peaceful Dissent in America and How it Causes Witch HuntsInsightful Comments: Peaceful Dissent and Government Witch Hunts By Anthony Gregory As most readers of this are probably aware, the Campaign for Liberty has been singled out, along with a few other political groups, in a leaked Missouri state government report, "The Modern Militia Movement." http://documents.scribd.com/docs/1xduds3zv8npsq67kt0c.pdf The document tells state officials to be on the lookout for violent extremists while conflating them with pretty much anyone who criticizes the government. Perhaps most troubling, the information apparently comes from the Department of Homeland Security, meaning that similar documents could be circulating in states other than Missouri. The brush with which this report paints critics of the federal government is so absurdly broad that it should not have to be taken seriously. The report lumps together violent white supremacists with the diverse and broad coalition behind Ron Paul, a man who has called racism "simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans only as members of groups and never as individuals." People who favor peace and cooperation among nations are thrown together with belligerent nationalists. Militants who saw George W. Bush as their savior and loved the war on terror are associated with those of us who saw Bush's reign as a long period of attacks on social peace, international harmony and freedom. We who criticize the Federal Reserve, fiat money, and inflation -- many of whom were inspired by great Jewish economists like Ludwig von Mises and Murray Rothbard -- are conflated with peddlers of anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. Promoters of social harmony and cooperation are branded as antisocial promoters of conflict. The wide net cast catches both domestic terrorists and anyone who happens to favor constitutional government, oppose international bureaucracies, question the IRS, CIA, FBI or United Nations, subscribe to libertarian politics or oppose the military draft. This should all be too ridiculous to address, but police carrying out nationally directed profiling have not been known to be the most nuanced in their investigations. So there is some legitimate concern for freedom activists of all stripes. The report's categorization of so many different types of people as potential threats to domestic peace takes on a distinct flavor in these Obama years, targeting tens of millions of conservative-leaning Americans who wish to peacefully live their lives in freedom -- people who take their Second Amendment rights seriously, people who oppose the staggering growth of government in modern times, people who do not fit into a politically correct mold of good citizenship. It is thus a dangerous report, but it is not anything qualitatively new in the history of the American Republic. Sometimes the fear-mongering was simply stupid and counterproductive; but many times it meant severe attacks on the civil liberties of peaceful Americans. During the American Revolution, peaceful colonial skeptics of the war had their property confiscated. President John Adams targeted the Jeffersonians with the unconstitutional Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798. During the War on 1812, Louis Louaillier, a Louisiana journalist, was jailed by General Andrew Jackson merely for protesting martial law -- and then the judge who issued him a habeas corpus writ was also jailed. Many critics during the Civil War were jailed without due process simply for expressing their opposition to Abraham Lincoln's power grabs. Critics of Reconstruction were also thrown in prison for their opinions. With the advent of the national leviathan and technological modernity, oppression of peaceful dissenters hit new heights. Much of this was rooted in the Red Scare. Those thought to be socialist sympathizers were harassed. Labor agitators were brutalized, hundreds of thousands of Americans ended up on government lists, and hundreds of suspected communists were deported to Bolshevik Russia. The whole time, government used fear of activist violence to chip away the freedom of all Americans. Labor organizers were hardly all angels. Many violently lashed out at scabs and their activism sometimes degenerated into riots and crimes against the innocent. Communist ideology is certainly one of the more dangerous belief systems. Yet the government lumped all these people together, effectively criminalizing free speech, opinions and associations, and persecuting people simply for disagreeing with the establishment view. War hysteria brought on the worst abuses. During World War I, those who were German, spoke German, taught German or patronized German art and music were targeted by lynch mobs and government crackdowns. Under the Espionage and Sedition Acts, critics of the war, conscription, the American flag, Constitution or U.S. military were thrown in prison. Woodrow Wilson put Eugene Debs, his socialist presidential opponent, in prison for giving a speech that correctly said the draft was a form of compulsory service illegal under the Constitution. Apparently, either being too pro-Constitution or too anti-Constitution was enough to find oneself in a cage. Criticism of American allies, including Britain, could also land one in jail. Robert Goldstein was sentenced to prison for making a patriotic movie, The Spirit of '76, which was about the American Revolution and appropriately portrayed the British as the antagonists. After the war, abuses continued. In the late 1920s, the Bureau of Investigation, today called the FBI, spied on Albert Einstein. Franklin Roosevelt spied on his political opponents, including Republican presidential candidate Wendell Wilkie, and had lists compiled of both rightwing opponents of his New Deal regime and leftwing radicals. The government was poised to round them all up. This did not end up happening, although FDR did force more than 100,000 peaceful Americans of Japanese descent into internment camps, depriving them of their liberty and property in the name of a war for freedom. As the Cold War commenced, government monitoring and persecution of peaceful dissenters resumed. Many Americans mostly remember Senator Joe McCarthy, who focused on officials in power above him, but far worse abuses occurred against peaceful and powerless Americans. The Hollywood blacklist is the most well known example. But the government witch hunts and agitation got worse than even this. The FBI infiltrated both rightwing critics of Civil Rights legislation and leftwing activists. In 1956 the agency launched COINTELPRO (Counter Intellgience Program). The purpose, according to one internal document, was to "track, expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize the activities" of certain activist groups. In one San Diego operation, COINTELPRO used forged letters to incite violence between the Black Panthers and its rival, the United Slaves. The FBI celebrated the "shootings, beatings, and a high degree of unrest," and gloated in a memo, "Although no specific counterintelligence action can be credited with contributing to this overall situation, it is felt that a substantial amount of the unrest is directly attributable to this program." This was revealed in the famous U.S. Senate Church Committee reports in 1976. Far from making us safer, the government, looking for trouble, was proudly provoking civil unrest. Throughout the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, the FBI spied on radicals, Civil Rights advocates, opponents of mandatory busing, and opponents of the Vietnam War. Victims of this surveillance included Martin Luther King and John Lennon -- not exactly serious threats to national security. After the Cold War, the emphasis was shifted toward rightwing extremists. Under the first Bush administration, Randy Weaver, a white separatist, was goaded into breaking the law by informants. This entrapment resulted in federal raids that killed Weaver's son and wife. Early in the Clinton administration, from February to April 1993, federal hysteria directed at the separatist Branch Davidian group outside Waco, Texas -- this group distinctively not white separatist (nearly half of the Davidians were people of color) -- culminated in a military operation on American soil that cost the lives of about 80 American civilians, about a fourth of them children, and four federal officials. Much of what was said about the group was propaganda to save the face of the administration and exempt it from blame for this unspeakable and completely avoidable tragedy. Many Americans, including conservatives jealous of their rights to live as free people, began criticizing the government for going way too far in its national police powers. Much of the dissent was chilled when the mass murder of innocents at Oklahoma City unfolded on April 19, 1995, precisely two years after the Waco siege ended. Gulf War veteran Timothy McVeigh was implicated in the Oklahoma City atrocity, but the government and the liberal establishment pinned blame on an entire subculture, and even on mainstream conservatives. Rush Limbaugh was blamed for voicing anti-government opinions that supposedly contributed to domestic terrorism. For the rest of the 1990s, the rightwing was demonized, lumped together with the militia movement, and the threat of both were wildly exaggerated, even as the Clinton government used the IRS and other means to intimidate its peaceful critics. Prolife groups were harassed through RICO statutes. Gunowners were accused of being unpatriotic and un-American, and any talk of U.S. tyranny was seen as suspect. With George W. Bush and the war on terror, the face of the targeted group changed, but the basic pattern continued. Muslims and Arabs were suspected as enemies of America, and hundreds were rounded up without due process. Bush thundered that "you are either with us or with the terrorists." In December, 2001, Attorney General John Ashcroft lashed out at Americans concerned about civil liberties: "To those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is this. Your tactics only aid terrorists, for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve. They give ammunition to America's enemies, and pause to America's friends. They encourage people of good will to remain silent in the face of evil." Thus were peaceful critics of the war on terror targeted. Iraq war protesters were spied on and assaulted by police. In October 2003, the FBI oversaw surveillance of protesters, infiltrated their groups, monitored their "training grounds" and kept an eye out for "protest activity and potentially illegal acts," as one formal memo put it. One FBI official was quoted in the New York Times saying, "it's obvious that there are individuals capable of violence at these events. We know that they are anarchists." It was a throwback to the Red Scare. In the summer of 2005, the FBI admitted to collecting thousands of documents on non-violent activists, the ACLU, Greenpeace, and antiwar organizations. By using "National Security Letters," the government could force citizens to relinquish personal and financial information while forbidding them from informing anyone, including their lawyer. By 2005, about 30,000 such letters were issued annually. The FBI spied on the Catholic Worker Movement, noting its "semi-communistic ideology." The same year, NBC News obtained a secret 400-page Pentagon document that tracked such "extremists" as anti-war Quakers in Florida, whose meeting was officially described as a "suspicious incident" and a "threat." All the while, peaceful activists were denied their right to travel by being inexplicably put on federal No-Fly lists. Now the flavor of government has changed from the Republican leviathan of George W. Bush to the Democratic leviathan of Barack Hussein Obama. A different group is vulnerable to being marginalized -- in many ways a revitalization of the Clinton era atmosphere, although now with the post-9/11 concern about peace activists and all the surveillance powers inaugurated by Bush still in place. But the general substance behind government fear-mongering and witch-hunts, and the attempts to chill dissent and silence peaceful political critics, have continued and have a long history. For the last century especially, we have seen the government lump together violent and in many cases unsavory agitators on both the left and right with Americans who simply question unlimited government, nationalist police powers and disastrous foreign wars. While there are indeed some violent and crazed elements on the fringes of the right and left -- while there are likewise some extremist characters and frightening viewpoints in the mainstream of American politics, too -- the result of such government persecution of dissenters is always to marginalize everyday citizens with unpopular views, conflate thoughtful and principled criticism of the government with agitation for social unrest and violence, and jeopardize the civil liberties of all Americans. When the target is leftists, antiwar activists, or "un-American" radicals, statist conservatives have tended to look the other way. When the target is cultural conservatives, gunowners and American patriots who love the Constitution, it is statist liberals who tend to downplay the danger. In truth, all such fear-mongering, when capitalized upon by unchecked national police powers in an atmosphere of hysteria, poses a severe threat to American liberty, and must be taken very seriously by any culture that respects freedom and the very foundations of civilization. The right to peacefully dissent and oppose government deprivations of life, liberty and property, is an inalienable right as fundamental as any other. The right to question the government, even from a mistaken point of view, is at the heart of America's proud heritage. When America relinquishes this understanding, it comes to adopt the features of the supposed enemy. In the name of rooting out Communists, America became just a bit more communistic. In an effort to keep an eye on violent extremists, the government resorts to violence and extremism. All the labor agitators, Muslim sympathizers and militia groups put together can never threaten American freedom and security as much as an unleashed police state in a climate of fear. So it is that much more important to speak up; to tell the truth; to defend the freedoms of all people to speak, live in peace, pursue happiness in a world of liberty, so long as they do not commit aggression against their fellow man. For defending this vision of a free and peaceful world, for sticking up for the rights of others no matter who they are or what they believe, we at the Campaign for Liberty and those of like mind have been wrongly targeted by an overbearing government. But we who love liberty have the right ideas and the passion to stand by our principles. In the end, the national police, state governments, Homeland Security and all the SWAT Teams and spying powers in the world cannot defeat a idea that is true and whose time has come. And it is this idea -- this idea at root of Ron Paul's Love Revolution -- the dream of peace and freedom for all Americans -- that truly frightens those who favor the total state, intimidation and fear directed abroad and toward peaceful dissent at home. It is the idea of liberty, not militias or terrorists, that most threatens the establishment, even as it offers nothing but hope and promise for the American people and the people of the world. |
